Culinary workshops linked to different historical periods

We prepare various workshops related to traditional cooking for participants. We usually organize them ourselves for open individual applications, but we can also prepare them for pre-arranged groups. We cook together in suitable studios and kitchens, as well as outside over an open fire.

When cooking in modern studios, we make sure to serve food in replica tableware for the most authentic dining experience possible, while when cooking over an open fire, we usually cook in replicas as well, sometimes in combination with modern cast iron cookware.

Culinary workshops always include a short lecture on the era we are recreating through food and cooking.
